We are an American-owned company that has been in the sushi business for over 10 years. The two of us have created a company, from the ground up, that is a reflection of our personal and business values. Our company, Edo Sushi Express Inc, has expanded into wholesale delivery, on-site sushi and take out restaurants.
We believe that we offer the best sushi and sashimi available in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Our commercial FDA - registered kitchen and sushi bars on the whole, offer high quality, freshness, convenience, variety and quality assurance. We are proud to have had our sushi compared with some of the best sushi restaurants in New York City and Boston.
We offer a wide variety of all-natural, high-quality sushi, sashimi and Japanese related products. Sushi, sashimi and bento boxes are offered in convenient grab-and go-packages, made fresh daily in our commercial FDA-registered kitchen, our on-site location in a supermarket or university, or in our take out restaurants. At all on-site locations customers have the opportunity of placing individual orders for their favorite items.
Our operation is different from other franchise-based companies. We fully support our sushi chefs to provide them with the ability to make an excellent living through their own efforts. We do this while ensuring that all operations consistently offer high quality assurance and freshness.
