Strategic Equity Investments

We have worked with Bob and his Wealth Team for over  8 years. We don’t make ANY financial decisions without calling them first!

They have enabled us to work on meeting all of our goals in life.  We have recently refinanced our home in order to have the interest earned on our equity, make our mortgage payments while I complete school to become a CPA.

Best of all, these people have become more than advisors, they are our friends! Bob and his team are helping our family meet all of our financial goals. We don’t know what our life would be like without them!




I was referred to One Source Mortgage by my agent. I had spoken with several lenders and knew I could get a mortgage.

But, I had found the house I lived next door to as a child (and ALWAYS loved) on the market and knew I could not afford it.

But, instead of using a VERY large down payment, I invested some of the money at 12%. The interest on my investment allowed me to feel comfortable in purchasing the home even though it was more expensive than I originally planned.



If it wasn’t for the creativity of One Source and the Mortgage Note investment options, I would NEVER have been able to purchase my dream home.

My father and I own many investment properties free and clear.  He works a full time job and works another 7 to 8 hours every day of the week, working on the rental properties.

Now our equity is actually being used to build “cash wealth”. My Dad will be able to retire in a few years and I won’t have to work past the age of 40. How can we ever thank you?
