As A MEMBER, How Will You Be Notified When Properties Are Added To The Website?
Once properties are added to the website, you will receive an e-mail from www.BuyForeclosureDeals.net informing you that "NEW" properties are available.
Each home will have a minimum bid amount that we can accept. We will not accept an offer less than our posted asking price.
What happens if there are no properties for sale in the areas I am interested in?
We are constantly adding new properties. Most lenders sell properties by the state, not hand picked areas. There will be times when you may not see product in the area you are interested in for months. However, when we buy properties, they are bought in bulk (bulk refers to purchases in excess of one million dollars) and there will be many homes available.

Simply e-mail me the areas you are interested in purchasing properties along with the amount you are looking to invest, your name, phone number and e-mail address.
We will call you to discuss your options.
Can I finance the properties I purchase?
You will have a 10 day due diligence period on any property you have purchased to determine the condition, value, rental market in the area, etc..
Once your 10 day due diligence period is up, you will have 7 days to close on the purchase.
In order to properly control a transaction and ensure on-time closings financing must be completed through One Source Mortgage and Investments.

How will the closing be handled?
We will make arrangements with a nationwide Tiltle Company to facilitate the closing. All parties involved will receive discounts based on the volume that we generate.
How will I provide earnest money?
You will have 24 hours from the time of purchase to "overnight" a Cashiers Check, or you can charge the earnest money fee on your credit card.
What happens if I cancel the transaction within my 10-day "due diligence" period?
You will receive your earnest money refund directly from the Title provider and your purchase will be canceled.
Is There A Cost For Membership?
Yes. There is a nominal monthly fee of $69.99 or you can pay one for one year in advance and get a 52% discount at $399.00.
Why do you charge a membership fee?
That's a great question. First, it costs us time and money to market and administer the web site. Second, we are looking for serious investors or homebuyers who are looking to purchase real estate at a substantial discount.
If we had hundreds of FREE members who submitted bids with very little interest in actually buying the properties, it would throw our entire system into CHAOS.
By having a membership fee, our system will only be utilized by SERIOUS buyers.
